<p>Har hatt en del pc-problemer, helt til min lillebror fiksa den.. Var visst bare ufattelige mengder støv i vifta.. Og blir ikke det samme å blogge fra mobil!</p>
<p>Treningen går bra! Veldig bra! Merker god fremgang når det kommer til bygging av muskler.. Føler jeg får nok kondisjonstrening også, største delen av kondisjonstrening blir fotballen..</p>
<p>En god uke kan se sånn ut: (nå regner jeg ukene mine fra tirsdag til tirsdag)</p>
<p><strong>Tirsdag</strong>: Bodycombat (rød time) + fotballtrening (denne blir enten flyttet til fredager, eller så blir det kun søndagsfotball)</p>
<p><strong>Onsdag</strong>: Knockout  (rød time) (og da klarer jeg ikke mer trening den dagen)</p>
<p><strong>Torsdag</strong>: Styrkeøkt</p>
<p><strong>Fredag</strong>: Mårraspinn + styrkeøkt</p>
<p><strong>Lørdag</strong>: Boxingbag eller corebar, litt avhengig av timeplan til friskhuset.</p>
<p><strong>Søndag:</strong> Styrkeøkt + fotballtrening</p>
<p><strong>Mandag</strong>: Boxingbag</p>
<p>Er helt hekta på alt som har med boksing å gjøre (knockout,bodycombat,boxingbag).. Vurderer å starte på kickboxing, men vet ikke om jeg blir å klare å få med meg alle treningene, siden jeg er avhengig av barnevakt annenhver uke..</p>
<p>Denne uken derimot, ser veldig slapp ut.. Var å trente styrke på mandag.. Så var egentlig planen min iallefall en styrkeøkt denne uken, men så er jeg blitt syk&#8230; Satser på å få med meg fotballtrening på søndag.</p>
<p>I tillegg fyller min sønn 3 år på lørdag, så helgen blir å gå mest til det :)</p>
